VIP Gateway Limited is a credit broker, not a lender.
We charge a processing fee of £269 inc. VAT for our brokering services. This represents the costs incurred in ordering your vehicle with our nominated supplying dealer. This fee is payable by debit or credit card or by BACs payment and is taken once finance approval has been received.
We may also charge a fee for cancellation our brokering services as set out in our Terms and Conditions. This does not affect your right to cancel your finance agreement within any cooling off period.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, regulated customers have the right to cancel without penalty upon proceeding with our services up to the point of signing a final order. At which point the final order form is signed, for orders cancelled after this point , the following cancellation fees will apply:
We are a commission and fee based organisation which means that we may receive a payment or other benefits from finance providers should you decide to enter into an agreement with us. These fees may be variable or pre-set dependant on the product and the volume that we place with our chosen supplier. We may/will charge a cancellation fee as set out in our terms and conditions of up to £1,500 + VAT.
By signing the order form, you are confirming that you understand and agree to the terms of this information notice. Please note, any undue delays in receiving the order confirmation may impact on the finance rental rates quoted.
